Coming into the Holiday season as we continue to traverse one of the most challenging times in history, we are all ready to get a “bigger picture”. When times present the “darkest of the dark”, our self-talk and self-listening are everything. Before we can hear what we have to say, we must create the space, time, and breath for self-care.

In this time of divisiveness and the pandemic- intend something greater than what is happening in life at this moment.
