Ride this ride with as much compassion and grace for self

Coming into the Holiday season as we continue to traverse one of the most challenging times in history, we are all ready to get a “bigger picture”. When times present the “darkest of the dark”, our self-talk and self-listening are everything. Before we can hear what we have to say, we must create the space, time, and breath for self-care.

Over the past several years, we have been presented with a very unique opportunity. We are with ourselves 24/7. There is literally nowhere to hide. Everything, every issue shows up posing the question: “Where do I stand in relationship to me now”?

We are dealing with unimaginable challenges. A new version of us wants to be born and express a new voice. Too often, the unspoken “should,” tells us to take care of others first. At this point, it’s imperative that we take care of ourselves first. And, as a result, we are equipped to take care of whatever comes our way.

Working with people seeking a clearer vision of themselves, I turn to the Tarot.

What is the Tarot?

The Tarot is a symbolic map of consciousness—an ancient book of wisdom. It’s a powerful healing tool awakening our intuitive processes and addressing our relationship to transformation and change. A tarot reading is a give and take, a back and forth with yourself-honestly looking outward and taking in what’s reflected back.

What do the cards offer?

These cards present information, inspiration and options regarding how we can transform adversity into an opportunity for growth. Through the Tarot, the psyche – our own inner wisdom – has a voice.

It’s a time to gift self and/or dear ones a tarot reading. Whether it’s a 3-card reading or a 5-card reading, our psyche will be thankful to experience life from a more expanded hopeful vantage point.

Note: All readings are done over the phone. When we eliminate the visual field, the intuitive part of us takes the lead; the ego takes a back seat. We are accessing a deeper part of our psyche, a place where the template of wholeness resides.
